Adheres to and monitors that rules and regulations are followed on a daily basis

Monitors portion control and conducts spot checks

Carries out inspections and spot checks of storerooms within the restaurant

Reports any machinery/technical faults and monitors repair schedule
- Conducts food tasting on a daily basis in the restaurant
